Mediobanca Innovation Services has adopted an organization and management model that defines behavioral rules and identifies the control measures that must be adopted in order to prevent the risk of committing the offenses envisaged by decree 231 of 2001. The model is inspired by the ethical principles contained in the adopted Code of Ethics and the guidelines of the trade associations. In addition, a supervisory body has been appointed which has the task of supervising the functioning and effective application of the model.
